Partial CIF CMP offers from small plants in Thailand as follows: RSS3# was quoted around $ 3,320-3,330/mt from small plants; STR20# capped at $ 3,300-3,310/mt; CNR maintained around $ 2,310/mt. The above offers were on CIF CMP for July shipment.
