N-China market: benzene offer was declined to Yuan 9,600/mt in Lanzhou PC of NE-China, which was due to the lower quality and rising freight. In Shandong Area of E-China, Qingdao Refinery took the leading part in selling volumes. However, limited by partial factors, the price for the contract clients were slightly higher than Yuan 10,000/mt. The low-price policies in the two refineries would lead to the downward trend in short term. The offer at Yuan 10,700/mt in Sinopec and the price at Yuan 10,400/mt in Petrochina Northeast Branches would be challenged. The mainstream negotiations were talked lower to Yuan 10,200/mt. The buying ideas from the downstream were stable, and the market ran downwardly. The traders were in observing sentiment and buyers were actively looking for low-price goods.
