Presently, Russian IR supply was lacking and market quotations were few in Shanghai, E-China. Hearing that, few Russian IR (SKI-3s) was capped at Yuan 31,000-32,000/mt; IR (SKI-5PM) around Yuan 36,000/mt. There were no deals heard done in local market for the moment.
