The PVC market was mute in Qilu Chemical Town (in Shandong province, E-China). The market prices were disordered because of the Sinopec Beijing Branch reduced the unsettled prices, S700 were at Yuan 7,400/mt, S1000 were at Yuan 7,380/mt, and QS1050P were quoted at Yuan 7,230/mt. The demands were not many and the dealers’ attitudes were not well.
